How subscriptions work

Subscriptions are renewed automatically every month. Once the subscription is activated, your credit card is debited every month and the products are shipped directly to you, without you having to reorder.
Convenient, simple and seamless!

What types of subscriptions do you offer?

We currently offer a monthly subscription exclusively for our products Refill and Car Cleaner products.
You can choose between a pack of 1, 2 or 3 refills per month, depending on your needs.
The subscription is flexible, with no commitment, and you can change or cancel it at any time. Convenient, simple and uninterrupted!

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time. You can pause or cancel your subscription from the customer portal.

You can access the customer portal using the magic link you received by e-mail with your first order. You can also access it by creating an account on the store.

Can I skip or reschedule a payment?

Yes, you can manage this from the customer portal.
Each scheduled delivery has a "Skip Payment" button that you can use to skip this direct debit.
You can also change the payment date by clicking on the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Absolutely! You can add products at any time from the customer portal.
Simply click on the Modify button in the product sheet of your subscription, then add, remove or modify the items of your choice.

What happens if the payment fails?

If the payment cannot be processed, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing a secure link allowing you to update your payment method.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No, there's no commitment. You are free to manage your subscription as you wish, at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?

Yes, of course. You can cancel your subscription at any time, directly from the customer portal.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply go to the customer portal (via the link sent to you by e-mail or by logging into your account) and click on "Cancel subscription".

Can I change the date of my next delivery?

Yes, you can reschedule the next delivery from the customer portal by clicking on "Reschedule" next to the date.

Can I change the products in my subscription?

Yes, you can add, remove or modify products included in your subscription from the customer portal at any time.
