RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If more than 60 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
REIMBURSEMENTS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 15 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't yet received your refund, start by checking your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund appears. If you have followed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@ca-optimo.com.
EXCHANGE
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact@ca-optimo.com.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by e-mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the item shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to that person and they will know that you have returned the item.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
